What's on in Louisville

Fountaine Ferry
This summer, the Frazier International History Museum brings history to life with special Fontaine Ferry events and programs designed to help people fondly remember times gone by, as well as recognize just how far we’ve come.  Open through September 8.

UBT Urban Bourbon Trail
Celebrate Kentucky’s heritage and embrace its signature spirit with a journey along the Urban Bourbon Trail.  The Trail, and its Passport Program are the latest ways to enjoy a Bourbon Country adventure.  Louisville is a great entry to exploring the distilleries along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and also the taste and mystique of bourbon at the seven designated stops that make up the Urban Bourbon Trail.

Plan Ahead

Downs After Dark
Churchill Downs will conduct the first of three historic “Downs After Dark” night racing sessions on Friday, June 19, as the home of the Kentucky Derby turns up the lights for the first time in its 135-year history.  Two additional sessions will follow on Friday, June 26, and Thursday, July 2, with the latter serving as a first-of-its-kind kickoff for Independence Day festivities and the closing weekend of the 2009 Spring Meet.
