Louisville Beer Store is Louisville’s first and only store solely dedicated to specialty craft beer and not only can you purchase bottles to take home, but you can also order a flight from the 8 rotating taps or sip on a pint while you’re browsing the selection.
The Holy Grale is brought to you by the good folks who run the Louisville Beer Store. It’s a fantastic little bar housed in an old church and during the warmer months you can enjoy your beer in the Gralegarten out back. The Grale serves a wide variety of ever-changing beers from all over the world, expertly poured from one of 26 taps, along with seasonally inspired small plates made using locally sourced ingredients.
Rumor has it that if you order a Bud Light from Sergio at Sergio’s World Beers you’ll get a glass of water - but don’t let that intimidate you (just don’t order a Bud Light). The walls and bar are filled with unique bottles and glasses and coolers of rare beers. The staff are great to talk to about what they’ve got on tap and by the end of the night an extra special bottle will usually find its way out of the back room.
Tony Boombozz is well known in Louisville for serving up award-winning pizzas since 1998 but the Boombozz Taphouse is the only location specifically dedicated to pairing their gourmet pizza with cold, delicious beer. They serve a wide range of classic American brews, local favorites and some obscure beers as well in a comfortable pub atmosphere.
