We are conveniently located off the Gene Snyder just 1 mile south of the New Cut Rd. exit in the heart of Fairdale. Dine in our original log home built in 1896, call in your order and conveniently pick it up in our drive-thru, or enjoy our outdoor, heated patio. All of our meats are slow smoked the old fashioned way on real pits. All of our sides and desserts are made from scratch. We specialize in our baby back ribs (the biggest and best in town), pulled pork that is smoked for a minimum of 14 hours. We are the home of the smoked turkey rib and have 5 homemade sauces to choose from. We offer full service catering from corporate cookouts to backyard barbeques including whole hog roasts too! We are open Tuesday - Thursday 11-8pm and Friday & Saturday from 11-9pm.
