  • Chopped Style Competition: A timed challenge using surprise ingredients from the LFPA box.

• Heavy Metal Detox Workshop: A health-focused workshop hosted by Ancient Roots
  at 2:00 PM that helps participants learn about detoxifying from harmful substances.
• Energy Efficiency Fair: Hosted by the Louisville Sustainability Council, this fair will provide attendees with resources and information on energy-saving tips, sustainability practices, and making homes more energy-efficient.
