Ring in the New Year at High Stakes Rooftop Grill
Pop bottles on the rooftop and celebrate 2025 at High Stakes Rooftop Grill from 9 p.m. to midnight on New Years Eve! Executive chef Kathryn Fink is curating a six-course Art Nouveau and French inspired menu with a twist on classic American cuisine. The menu includes Pink Moon oysters and mignonette, persimmon salad, squash blossoms, an aquavit digestif, quail and panna cotta for dessert. Guests will also receive a complimentary glass of champagne to cheers to the new year at the end of the night. Tickets include dinner and drinks.
