Elevate your cooking skills and learn the art of crafting the perfect pasta at High Stakes’ first scratch kitchen demo on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. Executive chef Kathryn Fink will be teaching the class how to make Lemon Sage Pasta while savoring white and red wine selections expertly handpicked by beverage manager William Jones. Tickets are $40 per person and space is limited.
