Join us for an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration at Swizzle Dinner & Drinks, 25 stories above downtown Louisville! This exclusive 21+ event begins at 7pm with a luxurious 4-course dinner featuring Swizzle Specials. Don't miss out on this sophisticated celebration—secure your spot today and welcome the New Year in style!

At 9pm, the party continues in the Waterford Room, just steps away from Swizzle, with a live DJ set, a dessert display, and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight, all culminating in a festive balloon drop to ring in 2025!

Ticket Tiers:
Tier 1: $120 per person, all-inclusive, includes the 4-course dinner (excluding alcohol) and access to the NYE party.
Tier 2: $150 per person, all-inclusive, includes everything in Tier 1 plus 2 drink tickets to redeem at the bar.

New Years Eve Pre-Fixed Swizzle Menu
Course 1
Seafood Trio: 1 east coast oyster with a cucumber mignonette; shrimp seviche with a tomato key lime broth, fresh jalapeno, micro cilantro; Hamachi crudo with pineapple, yuzu, poblano and basil

Course 2
Choice of:
-Iceberg lettuce, heirloom tomato jam, candied pecans, bacon, Pt Reyes blue cheese, black pepper ranch
-Arugula and spring mix, roasted red grapes, blistered pearl onions, feta, almonds, apple Dijon vinaigrette
-Caesar
-Lobster Bisque

Course 3
Mushroom pancetta pappardelle in a truffle ricotta sauce, toasted panko and shaved Kennys KY rose

Course 4
Choice of:
-Joyce Farms airline chicken breast, potato gnocchi with roasted delicata squash, wilted baby spinach and caramelized leeks. Arugula pesto and chicken demi-glace.
-Cornbread crusted seabass, green chili garlic grits, hand carved carrots, rock shrimp and tomato beurre blanc, house made chow chow
-Grilled 8oz filet, whipped Yukon potatoes, roasted asparagus, black truffle bearnaise
-Maple Leaf Farms duck duo; Cast iron seared duck breast, confit duck leg, cherry apple farro, crispy broccolini, champagne cream sauce
