Enjoy Live Music from Your Home by Top Louisville Performers
New Arts Initiative #KPAatHome Features Virtual, Daily Concerts
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 1, 2020) – Starting this week, you’ll be able to enjoy live music right from your living room by some of Louisville and the region's most-recognized artists.
The Kentucky Performing Arts (KPA), in a partnership with Brown-Forman, is debuting #KPAatHome on Sunday, April 5. This free, daily virtual concert series allows viewers to enjoy the excitement of live performances in the comfort and safety of their homes.
#KPAatHome was created to connect people through the arts during these uncertain times, as well as provide local artists with paying gigs as their livelihood is impacted by the COVID-19 social distancing protocols.
Nightly performances will be streamed on KPA’s Facebook page. Viewers can watch live, set up a watch party with friends, or return to the saved video at a later time.
