Kentucky Kingdom Debuts A New ‘Land’ For 2025

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (December 27, 2024) – This Christmas, Kentucky Kingdom Theme & Water Park is giving its fans, guests, and the community a holiday gift to remember for years to come. The park announced the opening of a brand-new family-themed land, set to debut in May 2025.

Focused on celebrating the beauty and spirit of the Bluegrass with a Kentucky twist, this addition will feature new rides, attractions and dining options.

Highlights of the New Land:
- Three all-new, family-friendly rides
- 10 re-themed rides with a Kentucky twist
- A brand-new playground with 4,800 square feet, aimed at younger guests
- Two reimagined dining locations, serving up new local flavors

This new land represents an $11 million commitment and the first part of Kentucky Kingdom’s $25 million investment over the next two seasons.

Guests still have time to experience Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom, with sparkling lights, festive activities, and family fun continuing daily through January 4, 2025 with a special New Year’s Eve fireworks show at 7:45 p.m. on December 31.
